How to Join Lodge 216

The Atlantic City Moose Lodge is a “Members and Qualified Guest Only” family orientated Fraternity that is open seven days a week. The Lodge is open from 12 noon to 12 midnight.

Friday and Saturday hours of operation are from 12 noon to 4:00 am.

Lodge hours for the second Sunday of each month is from 9:00 am to 12 midnight

The Atlantic City Moose Lodge welcomes all applicants for membership, but we do not solicit new members by advertising to the general public. Instead, membership is attained by the sponsorship of a current member. Any member in good standing can sponsor an associate, friend or relative who would like to join the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #216.

Members may also bring qualified guests (Click Here: What is a Guest?) to the Lodge for dinners, events and other activities, however guests are not allowed to make purchases and are limited to three visits. To continue enjoying the Moose lodge and program benefits after a third visit, we ask that the guest consider becoming a member.

These rules apply to all events and use of the Lodge, with the exception of any special events held specifically to benefit community service organizations.

If you are interested in making a difference and you know someone who is a member of our Lodge, ask him to sponsor you!

Once your application has been accepted for membership into the Atlantic City Lodge, the next step is the Enrollment Ceremony. All of the roughly 2000 Moose Lodges internationally , have a "Class Enrollment Ceremony" in which new membership candidates and their respective membership sponsors must attend to complete the joining process. You will recieve an invitation in the mail and are encouraged to bring your family for this proud day. After the brief ceremony , a meal and refreshments are served to all who attend.

As always , the current members of good standing are invited to join in these festivities to welcome in and meet our newest Moose family members.

The ultimate and highest Degree bestowed on a member of the Moose is the Pilgrim Degree of Merit. This Degree is conferred only in the House of God at Mooseheart, and comes as a reward to members of the Fellowship Degree for exceptional and outstanding service to the Order.

The Atlantic City Moose Lodge has been an active member in the southern New Jersey area working to help make our community a safer and better place for all ages to live.

What is a "Lodge Volunteer"
The "Lodge Volunteer" is one who without compensation works tirelessly to insure the success of his/her lodge. When a Moose Lodge is successful everyone benefits, it's members, the community, Mooseheart, Moosehaven, and Moose Charities. Remember, without "Lodge Volunteers" our lodge could not survive. So, if you have some spare time please volunteer.
